Notice of Executive Committee Meeting and Official Portrait Session

The upcoming Executive Committee meeting will be held at the residence of 2nd Vice Commander James Stanley. This location has been selected to facilitate the creation of official portraits for all executive officers and unit representatives. These photographs will be used on the Post website and displayed within the Post Hall.

A spaghetti dinner will be served for all attendees following the meeting and photo sessions.

All members are required to wear their Legion cover for the portraits. While not mandatory, wearing a Legion-branded shirt is encouraged if available. Members of uniformed subunits (Honor Guard, Sons of The American Legion, Riders, or Auxiliary) are asked to bring their respective uniforms so that portraits may also be taken for each associated unit.

Please bring only what you would normally bring to an Executive Committee meeting. We look forward to a productive session, high-quality official photography, and the camaraderie that comes from gathering and sharing a meal together.
